SMS Privacy
This notice describes how information is handled for the Disarray Systems Operational Alerts program, a private, internal-only messaging program for authorized operators.

Information collected
The program may collect an authorized operator's mobile number, consent record, consent date and time, applicable disclosure or policy version, message-delivery status, and incident acknowledgement records.
How information is used
This information is used only to operate, secure, audit, maintain, and support the internal alert program. Messages are event-driven and may concern service health, provider or gateway outages, conditions requiring operator attention, incident acknowledgement, and recovery.
Mobile information and consent
Disarray Systems does not sell mobile information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided only to service providers required to deliver and operate the alert service, or when required by law.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to operational incidents. Message and data rates may apply under the recipient's wireless service plan.
Retention and security
Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and audit the program, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve incidents. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted or de-identified subject to applicable legal, operational, and backup-retention requirements.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect program information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
