SMS Terms

These terms govern the Disarray Systems Operational Alerts program, a private, internal-only messaging program available solely to authorized operators.

Program purpose

The program sends event-driven operational and safety notifications to explicitly authorized internal operators. Messages may report service health, provider or gateway outages, exposed position or order counts, required operator attention, incident acknowledgement, and recovery. Messages are non-marketing and the program is not offered to customers or the public.

Enrollment and consent

During internal system onboarding, the authorized operator is given the following disclosure: “Do you agree to receive recurring operational, outage, investment-safety, and recovery text alerts from Disarray Systems at this number? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.” The operator must explicitly answer yes. The phone number, consent date and time, and disclosure version are recorded.

Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. No purchased or third-party contact lists are used.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies and is driven by operational events. Message and data rates may apply under the recipient's wireless service plan.

Opt-out and help

  • Reply STOP to opt out of future messages.
  • Reply START to re-enroll where supported.
  • Reply HELP for assistance or contact contact@disarraysystems.com.

Delivery and operational limitations

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by network availability, device settings, carrier filtering, and other circumstances outside the program's control.

An SMS notification or reply is not proof that a brokerage order was submitted, acknowledged, filled, cancelled, or otherwise executed. Operators must use the applicable authorized systems and records to verify any brokerage activity.
